Partner Program Agreement

Commissions

You will receive a monthly ongoing commission of $3.00 for each subscriber you refer, for as long as that subscriber renews their membership with eWorking Women's Partner Program.

Commissions are not paid for any sales for which payment has not been received, or for any transaction that has been rejected for any reason. Likewise, any transaction that is incomplete or which incurs a chargeback will not be eligible for a commission. If a commission has already been paid out, it will be deducted from the Partner's future commissions.

Commissions are paid on regular subscriptions only and are not valid for trial subscriptions.

Sales Tracking

Partner is solely responsible for using the proper affiliate links. Globill Systems' PartnerPro software will handle all referral tracking, commission calculations, partner stats, and payouts.

Spam or Unsolicited Commerical Email (UCE)

Partners are strictly forbidden to send unsolicited email referencing or leading to this website, newsletter, or associated websites or newsletters, whether directly or indirectly. Any Partner who, at our sole discretion, violates this ruling will have their partner status immediately terminated and will forfeit their commissions.

Unprofessional Conduct

We will absolutely not tolerate any association to websites that promote or condone rascism, hate, illegal activites, violence, or that is sexually explicit or of any other nature that we deem offensive. We reserve the right to reject or terminate a Partner on this basis.

Rights to Modify Agreement

We may modify any part of this Partner Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on the eWorkingWomen.com's web site.
A Partner's continued participation in the Partner Program following this change notice or new agreement shall constitute binding acceptance by the Partner of the change.

If any modification to this Agreement is not acceptable to the Partner, his or her only recourse is to terminate the agreement.

Termination

The Company or the Partner may terminate this agreement at any time.

Upon termination, the former Partner must remove all affiliate links or graphics to eWorkingWomen.com.

Income Tax Liabilities

Partners are independent contractors and are responsible for all income taxes and other tax liabilities in your location arising from the sale of our products and services.
